At 34 Heritage, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a seamless return process for unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
